Visit the Anne Frank House

This was by far the most impactful thing we did in Amsterdam. Becca is a genocide scholar and coming to Anne's house was something that she had wanted to do since she was a little girl. We were both so glad we came and had the opportunity to connect with such an important part of history. Seeing the house and room that Anne lived in was incredible, as were the videos and exhibits.  We would recommend this not only to anyone visiting Amsterdam, but feel like every human alive should try to visit this if at all possible, it was heart wrenching and amazing at the same time.

In Anne's words...

“I don't think of all the misery, but of the beauty that still remains.”

“How wonderful it is that nobody need wait a single moment before starting to improve the world.”
